Founded by Luisa Lauber as a knitwear brand in 2021, the studio has since evolved into a service-oriented hub, empowering small design studios and large companies alike to bring their ideas and concepts to life in knitwear.

At the heart of the workshop is a state-of-the-art industrial Stoll ADF 32W knitting machine. Complemented by professional steaming equipment and two linkers for multiple gauges, the studio is fully equipped to create innovative and beautiful knitwear solutions right here in Berlin.

At the heart of the studio lies a deep-seated knowledge and love for the art of knitting. I combine the experience of both a knitting designer and a technician, roles traditionally held apart, to foster a hands-on, creative process that seamlessly integrates design and technology, allowing them to work together harmoniously.

My expertise spans prototyping and swatch development, offering a valuable bridge to communicate your vision to clients or to refine your concept. Furthermore, prototypes can be offered through a presale model prior to full-scale production, minimizing both risk and cost — an ideal solution tailored to the needs of for small brands and start ups.

university workshops

My passion for knitting and creative entrepreneurship drives me to share my knowledge and experience through workshops aimed at universities. Covering topics such as knitting, 3D rendering, sustainable fashion production and insights into the daily operations of a creative business, I aim to inspire and educate future designers and entrepreneurs.
